Shoulder surgery sucks - But so does shoveling snow

I have not been posting lately due to rotator cuff surgery a few weeks ago. It’s not so easy typing with your arm in a sling. The sling is off now and therapy has begun. The Nazi torturer goes by the title of physical therapist. The doctor said it would be almost four months until I have full movement in this arm.
It started snowing here a few days after the surgery and did not let up until we had over 40 inches. The most snow for the month of February since 1910. The neighbors started wondering why the wife was shoveling so much (had I gotten lazy or what).
So if you have shoulder pain, don’t just ignore it like I did for over two years. Turns out it was a torn rotator cuff, a tear in the labral tendon, a bone spur, and for good measure, calcific tendonitis.
rotator cuff,
