iPhone 3G S processor specs: 600MHz CPU, 256MB of RAM

The hard specs on the new iPhone 3Gs had not been published by Apple, but T-Mobile in Holland let it leak out. It just posted up a specs page listing 256MB of RAM and a 600MHz CPU. That’s up from 128MB and 412MHz in the first-gen and the 3G.  Oh happy days..Now if only AT&T would get its act together and implement MMS and tethering which the iPhone is capable of.
